Due to the company’s rapid expansion, it needed to source an education provider for large scale training on batteries and battery maintenance best practices – vital prerequisite training for massive data centers needing emergency backup at any time.
The company demanded a consistent and quality training experience to be easily accessible to employees on all shifts along with reporting metrics that would allow them to monitor progress and ensure comprehension and completion.
Options:
Carefully vetting potential long-term education partners that would be open to collaborating and customizing its training solutions, the company’s education team approached Eagle Eye University (EEU) at a trade show.
